New menus for the Reef Restaurant Thursday and Friday night specials:

THURSDAY NIGHT 3 Course Seafood Special
($55.00 per person)

Roasted Tasmanian Scallops – Roasted on the half shell w a capsicum. coriander & lemon dressing
Garlic Prawns – Pan seared king prawns served in a rich creamy garlic sauce, served w steamed rice
6 Clyde River Oysters – Natural or Kilpatrick
Fennel & Pepper Crusted Crab – Pan fried soft shell crab served over a mescaline salad w tartar sauce

Main
Locally caught Blue Fin Tuna – Grilled and served w a soy sesame ginger glaze
Locally caught Swordfish – Served w a olive, cherry tomato & balsamic dressing
Half Crayfish – Served w a choice of Mornay, thermidor or natural w garlic prawns
Grilled Fresh Tasmanian Salmon – Served w mussels, prawns & herb butter
